Refund policy

At Paw Bleu, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats) are non-refundable unless defective.

• Restocking Fee:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and handling costs.
  • Defective or damaged items are exempt from restocking fees.

• Refund Process:

  • Email hello@pawbleu.com with your order number to initiate a return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (minus the restocking fee, if applicable).

• Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
